Stanford philosophy professor Dagfinn Føllesdal’s research includes the examination of existentialism and the philosophy of logic. At Stanford, Prof. Føllesdal has recently taught “Major Figures in Twentieth Century Philosophy” and “Ethical Aspects of Risk.” He will offer a philosophical perspective on the moral and ethical issues involved in environmental stewardship.
