Michael Layne Heath is a poet and music writer, contributing sleeve notes to a number of reissued classic LPs for Oakland’s Water Recordings cartel. He has published two chapbooks, Put It This Way and Count to Five and Tell the Truth, and performs at various literary-minded dives throughout the Bay Area.
