Paul Hoover’s most recent poetry books are Edge and Fold (Apogee Press, 2006) and Poems in Spanish (Omnidawn, 2005).His essay collection Fables of Representation was published in 2004. He edited the anthology Postmodern American Poetry (W.W. Norton) and co-edited the literary magazine New American Writing.He teaches at San Francisco State University.
