Munaweera, Nayomi
Nayomi Munaweera’s favorite word is “fuselage”. She also likes “phosphorus” and “splat.” It’s a good thing she doesn’t plan to have children, since this is probably what she would name them. Her first and yet to be published novel, Blood at the Root, is a light fluffy read about the carnage of Sri Lanka’s thirty-year long civil war.
