Tricia O’Brien is a member of the San Francisco Historical Society and author of San Francisco’s Bayview Hunters Point, an illustrated history of her grandparents’ neighborhood. The book features over 200 vintage photos from the once-rural region that locals called “Butchertown” and is part of the Images of America series published by Arcadia.
