Elisabeth Prueitt

Elisabeth Prueitt is co-founder of Tartine and executive pastry chef of Tartine and Blue Bottle Coffee. She is a recipient of the James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chef, and author of Tartine. She will soon debut a line of preserves and soft serve ice cream called Tartine Cookies & Cream within The Manufactory at Heath, in addition to overseeing pastry production in new Tartine and Blue Bottle locations in SF, LA, and NY.
