Eric Puchner is the author of Music Through the Floor, a finalist for the Young Lions Fiction Award. His short stories have appeared in Zoetrope, Chicago Tribune, and Best New American Voices. The recipient of a Pushcart Prize, a Stegner Fellowship, and a 2006 N.E.A. grant, he currently teaches at Stanford University.
