Her books include The Passionate Mistakes and Intricate Corruption of One Girl in America; Valencia, which captured the 2000 Lambda Literary Award for Best Lesbian Fiction; The Chelsea Whistle, a San Francisco Chronicle top 100 book of 2002; and an illustrated novel, Rent Girl.
