Wendy Nelson Tokunaga was born and raised in San Francisco. Her debut novel, Midori by Moonlight, was just published in September by St. Martin’s Press. She lives in Half Moon Bay with her Japanese-born surfer-dude husband and is currently in the University of San Francisco’s M.F.A. in Writing program.
