Join us for Jazz Age cocktails from St. George Spirits, canapés, croquet, music from the Doug Martin trio, and dramatic readings from F. Scott Fitzgerald’s novel.
On hand to celebrate will be Litquake authors Amy Tan (The Bonesetter’s Daughter), Joyce Maynard (The Good Daughters), Matt (The French Revolution) Stewart, Don (Father Guido Sarducci) Novello, and Tiffany Baker (The Little Giant of Aberdeen County).
Period costume or all-white garb encouraged.
Proceeds benefit Litquake’s 2012 Literary Programming.

About Hillside Gardens
Hillside Gardens is a beautiful tiered garden in the hills above Mill Valley. With breathtaking views and lush vegetation, the Garden is the perfect spot to celebrate Fitzgerald. Please note that Hillside Gardens is not wheelchair accessible. The event is out of doors; high heels not recommended. Children are welcome. A free shuttle service will be provided.
Guests will be shuttled from the parking lot at Mill Valley Middle School to “Hillside Gardens”. Shuttle service will start at 3:45 pm. Mill Valley Middle School is located at 425 Sycamore Avenue Mill Valley, CA 94941.
We kindly request that all guests use the shuttle as parking is prohibited at Hillside Gardens.
