Lit Crawl Iowa City

Co-presented by the Mission Creek Festival

Launched in 2013, Lit Crawl Iowa City takes place each spring as part of the annual Mission Creek Festival — a celebration of music, literature, food, and art.

In 2017, writers and publishers from across the country again invade downtown Iowa City businesses for three hours of literary mayhem. 55+ authors will represent over 18 publishers and literary organizations, as well as MFA candidates from the University of Iowa, student writing from the Iowa Youth Writing Project (IYWP), and more.
