Writing from Both Sides of Your Brain: Moving from Fiction to Non and Back Again, with Peter Orner

This class is sold out!

Not all writers cleave to fiction or nonfiction; some, like Peter Orner, are gifted enough to write both creatively and journalistically. A Guggenheim fellow and Pushcart Prize-winner, he has written both novels (most recently Love and Shame and Love, a California Book Award winner) as well as three nonfiction books, including the upcoming Am I Alone Here?: Notes on Living to Read and Reading to Live.

The seminar will conclude with a wine reception with the author.
