1. More than 60 Bay Area novelists, humorists, poets, journalists, monologists and memoirists are giving readings at San Francisco venues.
2. Writers include Thomas Sanchez, Laura Glen Louis, Paul Flores, Terry Ryan, Ben Fong-Torres, Rebecca Walker and Alejandro Murguia.
3. Litquake kicks off with a panel discussion, “Dystopia/Utopia: Can the Bay Area Uphold a New Generation of Writers?” featuring such writers as devora major and Justin Chin.
