In keeping with the Academy’s focus on ecological concerns and environmental sustainability, this architectural marvel is at the forefront of environmentally-friendly design. The building has been featured on the Discovery Channel’s Extreme Engineering and on the National Geographic Channel’s Man-Made series. This Litquake event takes place during the facility’s inaugural month.
