Everyone who comes to an event at one of our indoor spaces must:
- Provide proof of full vaccination prior to entry.
- Wear a mask at all times while inside.
Here are the details:
- Event attendees will be asked to present proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 before entering any indoor venue. Attendees can show either paper, electronic, or photo documentation along with a matching photo ID.
- "Fully vaccinated" means that it has been 14 days since your second dose of a WHO or FDA-approved two-dose vaccine, or 14 days since your sole dose of a WHO or FDA-approved single-dose vaccine.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to accept negative test results or any other form of COVID precaution at this time. We apologize to those unable to receive a vaccination for medical or religious reasons.
- Event attendees will be asked to wear a mask anytime they are indoors. Based on guidance from health authorities, gaiters, bandanas, scarves, balaclavas, and masks with a valve are not permitted. All face coverings, whether disposable or reusable, must:
- Fully cover the nose and mouth, and secure under the chin.
- Fit snugly against the side of the face.
- Be secured with ties or ear loops and allow the wearer to remain hands-free.
- Fully cover the nose and mouth, and secure under the chin.
- No outside food or beverage will be allowed at any venue. Certain venues will allow for beverage sales (see schedule for details). In this case, you may pull your mask aside when actively drinking.
- Feeling under the weather? Take care, stay home, and feel better soon.
- Unable to attend in-person? Many festival events will be held on virtual platforms and some live events will be filmed and distributed online post-festival. Check our schedule for more info.
