The community in and around Dr. George W. Davis Senior Center gathers weekly to tell our stories and unearth our histories. Join us in person as we open the door to memory, creativity, and empowerment.
Stories are recorded, or if you want to put pen to paper, the facilitator offers a prompt as a jumping-off place for writing. Teaching artists listen and ask questions to help access the details that bring memories to life.
A recording and a printed anthology complete this series of workshops, made possible by a partnership with Bayview Senior Services & the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Artist Power Convenings.
In person: Dr. George W. Davis Senior Center (in the Arts Room), 1706 Yosemite Ave., San Francisco.
